1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Educational Services
Chandu Niranasinghe Science Tuition provides educational services including:
- Science tuition for grades 6-11
- Individual and group classes
- Online and in-person instruction
- Educational materials and resources
3. Registration and Enrollment
3.1 Student Registration
Students must provide accurate information during registration. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing consent for students under 18 years of age.
3.2 Class Enrollment
Enrollment in classes is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify class schedules and content as needed.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Payment
- Tuition fees are as published on our website or provided in writing
- Payment is due as specified in your enrollment agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
4.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds may be provided for cancelled classes by the tutor
- Student-initiated cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
- No refunds for missed classes due to student absence
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually
- Complete assignments and homework as assigned
- Maintain respectful behavior during classes
- Bring required materials and textbooks
- Notify the tutor of any absence in advance
- Respect the learning environment and other students
6. Tutor Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide quality science education according to curriculum standards
- Maintain professional teaching standards
- Communicate progress and areas for improvement
- Provide a safe and conducive learning environment
- Respect student confidentiality and privacy
7. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Chandu Niranasinghe Science Tuition. Students may use these materials for personal educational purposes only and may not:
- Reproduce or distribute materials without permission
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Share login credentials or access with others

9. Cancellation and Termination
9.1 By Student
Students may terminate their enrollment by providing written notice. Any prepaid fees may be refunded according to our refund policy.
9.2 By Tutor
We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best educational experience, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
